Happy October! Fall is in the air.
It was in the upper 40's when I took Tikka outside this morning, and I loved the crisp chill in the air. It reminded me of New York, although only briefly. The sun is more intense here, and the day warmed up quickly. Although it the sun was shining brightly, I was comfortable walking around the farmer's market with a lightweight sweatshirt, although there were people out in down as well. I guess New York hasn't completely worn off yet.
I still love the cooler days and I am grateful for this bit of seasonal weather, this reminder that all things change, and there must be time for slowing down, as well as time for rest, to sustain continued life and growth.
